Pineapple Ginger Energy Blast

I found a website,, that has a PLETHORA of NutriBullet recipes ~ You’re probably thinking “pineapple and ginger???” YEP!  Together with some yogurt and greens, your energy will SOAR!!~


1 c spinach

1 small banana

1/2 c greek yogurt, vanilla was AWESOME

1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled ~ your individual taste

1 c pineapple

ice cubes and water to the MAX line

Add all ingredients to the Tall Cup for the NutriBullet and extract for 40 seconds or until smooth.   ***No NutriBullet??, use your favorite machine / tool to make this awesome recipe! 🙂

  1. I added 1 tsp of chia seeds to mine for extra protein… you could add nuts, or even oatmeal to make it EVEN creamier! Let your imagination just go crazy!! 🙂
